Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clutch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Voice recognition accuracy may vary based on factors including but not limited to accent, background noise, and microphone quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

You acknowledge that voice-controlled execution of commands carries inherent risks, and you are responsible for reviewing and confirming actions before they are executed.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms
